"MR Geary, your statements in the review are completely false. you said " They don't return calls or follow up. " Mr Geary, you called my office this afternoon at 4:15. I personally answered your call. upon answering your call you proceeded to immediately yell at me in regards to your auto insurance claim. you can imagine my surprise given that you and i had previously not discussed this claim at all. you filed a claim over this past weekend, your dropped off your car at the shop yesterday, your body shop completed the estimate today and sent us the estimate.. when i asked why you were angry you stated that it was because you received a note from state farm stating that you would be receiving a call. i told you that i would be happy to call the claims adjuster to find out the reason for the call. you then proceeded to yell and berate me again. again i told you that i would be happy to call and find more information... you then proceeded to hang up the phone on me. despite this, i still assisted you by calling our claims department to find out the reason for the earlier text. and it was exactly as i thought, they were simply calling you to discuss the status of your claim. so far through this claim process, everything has gone exactly as it should. Both state farm and your body shop have been handling things extremely fast and efficiently. you had NO justifiable reason to call our office and yell at us in such an abusive manor. I am incredibly disappointed at how you chose to treat us. There is just no pleasing some people I guess. I would ask that anyone who is reading this to please not let this one mans opinion sway your decision of whether to do business with our office. We take our jobs and customer service extremely seriously(as judged by the over 100 positive reviews) "
